FFC 1876
Morrison's is a cracker of a strike but the keeper should really have saved it as he got 2 hands on it whereas no keeper in the world was saving Ross or Lang's. Tough choice but I'm going Lang given he's a centre back pulling out a goal like that is just filthy.
18BAIRN76
That's an incredibly, incredibly harsh take on MacIver above. I feel there's a legitimate conversation to be had as to whether he's clinical enough (I don't think he is) or whether he should be our starting striker in the Championship next season (I'm undecided on this), but he's played a significant role this year and done better than any of us expected.
bairn88
Haha, that’s class. Surprised about Hogarth but I guess you cannot stop the navy blue juggernaut

I’m not saying we wouldn’t have won the league without him, but it would be a lot more tighter without him. As a coach myself, I can see why McGlynn loves him as he brings so much to the team. Your average football fan won’t notice that work and impact he has without the ball, they’ll just look at the goal tally which is fine I’m not slating them but I bet if you ask Nesbitt, Miller, Ross and Morrison they’d all admit they wouldn’t have the amount of goals they do without MacIver.

He certainly has a great ability to tap in a goal from a a few inches, that is for certain. A goal is a goal so I'm not being sarcastic, evey one counts. I see him as a good sub, not as our central striker. If I am on the fence about MacIver, then my brother certainly isn't. He has seen him play about 6 times this season and he is fairly scathing about him. He doesn't see a footballer there - no dribbling and swerving as you would expect from a striker, no great ball control, no rushing past defenders. He just sees a slightly akward, not very athletic guy. I don't know what Ross has done to him, but I don't agree with my brother. But it is interesting how someone with no horse in the race can see that. Holy f**k. If you can’t see the job that McIver does for our team then footballs not for you. Exactly this. MacIver is pivotal to the way McGlynn wants to play, which is why he signed him. Just because he doesn't score loads of goals doesn't mean he isn't good at his job.
Senor Bairn
Very surprised that there's not one Accies player in there.
PedroMoutinho
Fantastic achievement for the players selected. Feel for Maciver but realistically any player who scores 20 league goals for a mid table side deserves to be recognised.

I don't think it's much of a surprise that a team 33 league games undefeated and won the league at a canter fill all but 1 slot in the TotY tbh. And deservedly so.

Jimmy1876
McIver is in the top ten goal scorers in the whole country, but he isn't good enough? Because he hasn't scored 20 while dribbling? Wild take.
