bairn88
Tickets on sale a week before a game and physical pick up only. Completely unacceptable in this day and age and a clear attempt to limit the number of away fans going. Hope we fucking pump that rotten lot.

I'll be picking up my ticket before kick off today. Hopefully there's a big queue lol.

Not to mention the additional overhead added to our own staff for what is essentially Hamilton's job to do.
Ned Nederlander
Sorry if it's been mentioned already but is there a valid reason for the game being physical tickets only? Going to Hamilton was already like going back in time tbf

Bairnardo
And yet Clyde could issue online tickets for a stadium that wasn't theirs..... That sort of skullduggery should be against the rules tbh. Its restrictive enough being a football fan. f**k Hamilton.

As you see at other clubs recently, all it will do is probably cause reciprocal pettiness and it's the fans who lose out. Football as a business seems to be one of the few who purposely alienate 50% of its market whilst simultaneously bemoaning everything that crowds bring to the "experience" provided to which some of them should be ashamed. I didn't feel one way or another about Accies previously but despise them deeply now.
Bairnardo
I'm gonna have to lash out for a month of FTV for today, and much more saddening, for next week anyway. Gutted to most likely.be missing next week. Raging in fact.
bridge of allan bairn
Agree with the posts above re the ticketing at Hamilton. It will work in our favour though as the fans will be riled up and be right behind the team from kick off

He’s the most experienced head in and around the squad by some considerable distance and I reckon he’d be good to keep in and around the place. He might even be able to play even a bit-part role against some of the weaker teams to allow other players a rest or act as someone to help shore games up with 5-10 minutes to go. If an agreement was reached I wouldn’t be gutted about it, but neither would I be upset if he’s kept on for the remainder of the season, which I think is more likely. We don’t have the budget to keep players to be in and around the place imo. Hopefully an agreement can be reached and he can be moved on.
Raybowski89
I'm sure there are folk on here who would be more than willing to pick up tickets from the shop on other folks' behalf for next week? Would be a shame for people to miss out because of this nonsense.

Bairn in Exile
Would the club be allowed to hold tickets on the fans' behalf and then distribute them at NDP? Show proof of ID and purchase and get your ticket? Or is there some rule against that?

Easier for a team with a shitey wee support like them though
