Fuctifano
FWIW it's been pissing down with high winds for the last 2 hours so the game might have started but not finished, at the very least it would have been played in semi-farcical conditions. Reading the St Mirren-Killie match thread it seems their game was played in similar.
Dr Koop
Sorry (just about as we've avoided a hiding probably) to hear the game was postponed because of flooding. Hopefully the club will get the drainage issue at Firhill sorted in the next 105 or so years. ☺️
Dr Koop
Not having the watch the likes of Craigen and Balatoni struggle to play football is cause for a celebration. Oh. Harsh.
Dr Koop
Understandable, strange to see a set of fans celebrate a postponement though. The game might have gone ahead if Thistle could also afford to services of players who walk on water.
Gaz FFC
Don't forget that time we got a game postponed at 2.50 after a significant amount of your fans had paid in My 30th Birthday. I was on the motorway about 5miles from the ground when I heard.
hellbhoy
When hellbhoy is close to being a voice of reason, you know that the Celtic supporters on here are acting like utter fuckwits. Is this you in for an early start for my vote as the worst Morton poster this year ?, also stop posting when yer pished by the way, only makes you look bad, just saying like. Hammer Jag
Partick and weather have some relationship. A few years ago Partick almost begged a ref to call off a game at Westfield. Amazingly whilst they were missing half a team. Then we move on to the Cowdenbeath fog match. Now whilst missing a few guys against the Sellick you again get a break from the weather. What's the deal guys? Is the weather controlled from Maryhill? U k m8? We knocked you out the cup when the game was eventually played if I remember correctly. We also 'forgot' to turn on the undersoil for a Scottish Cup tie against Dunfermline when our best player and top scorer Liam Buchanan was injured. The game was played a week later and we won 2-1. Guess who scored the winner?
Drew Brees
The jungle grapevine was already wringing with seethe by then, tbf. Stopped crying yet? Strange question, what does it mean?
jagfox
Strange question, what does it mean? Have you recovered emotionally from the bad referee postponing today's match?

Nightmare
And some of the Celtic support spitting nails at it getting booted of to another day is damn funny. Game cancelled and travelling from Ireland ? That wid piss me off some as well. Maybe if they were supporting their local team rather than someone in another country, this wouldn't have happened. Nobody else to blame. Get it right fucking up them.

Hammer Jag
Maybe if they were supporting their local team rather than someone in another country, Precisely. Support Shamrock Rovers or some other daft team. We've got quite enough backward, braindead, gloryhunting bigots in Scotland without ferry loads of them slithering across the Irish sea every other week. ~~~
Anyways, great to see Thistle has donated the unused pies from today's game to a local homeless charity. Great gesture
