7-2
What happened there? Did he disallow the try and give us a penalty for a high tackle that we kicked and screwed up? ETA - Ok, apparently not.
peasy23
The ref has been appalling today, that had to be a yellow card.

peasy23
Can someone who knows the rules more fully explain why that try was disallowed IMO the ref was in no position to disallow it. He said the ball was lost forward, but he was well behind it. Normally they would let it run then go to the TMO to check it.
DeeTillEhDeh
Wales given offside for once - they've been off almost all the time - and don't start me about lying on the ball preventing release . . .
peasy23
Officials are fucking awful. If the ball goes dead with any time left they have to restart the game surely?
DeeTillEhDeh
Referee is a clueless - should have been a kick off - conversion went over and still 5 seconds left on clock.
lichtie23
Surely they should have allowed the restart

dorlomin
Did not go forward. But they screwed up in the first half with the try line begging.
7-2
Yes, said the ball went forward in the tackle. Yep. It took them a while to let us know. As you say. he shouldn't have disallowed it though.

That's been the basis of Welsh rugby since they first started playing the game.
oddly optomistic
Poor refereeing. Did we not have a player sin binned last week for kicking ball away. This week ref lets welsh off with it. Should've done better though
Dunning1874
Easy to blame the referee after that - incorrectly disallowed try, four clear binning offences by the Welsh ignored, not restarting the game when he was clearly supposed to - but ultimately when you miss that many try-scoring opportunities you've only got yourself to blame. True, but the chances of getting something from the game in the closing stages would have been greatly improved if the referee had did his job properly, especially with what were obvious yellow cards. FFS they were so blatant even Jonathan Davies admitted the boy who committed the high tackle should have gone. @TomEnglishSport: Glen Jackson dismantles the theory that ex-players ought to make good referees. Northsea80
Laidlaw still dawdles with the ball at his feet. We need a more fluid/urgent scrum half to suit the game of those around him.
