I'd say the Dundee suburbs on the north coast of Fife are pro-independence. Oh well. I wouldn't mind letting them rent Faslane as a UK enclave for 10 Billion a year, 5 year rent. That and we could let certain parts of Glasgow become like a free state, associated with the UK. The Tory Borders is an absolutely massive sore spot for me so I tend to get bent out of shape when it's brought up. The place is full of subservient farmer families and English settlers who desire a quaint retirement cottage in a scenic location.
