Rovers1992/1993
Really looking forward to this one. A ground I've never been to against a team I've never seen us play. What's the parking like through there? Should be a tough game. Won every game at home this season but lost every game away from home, so hoping for our away from to change, id take a draw if offered it the now. Although I've seen St Mirren against Morton and Rangers, and they were really poor in both games.
buddies1877
We only win away so 3 points coming your way. We will also no doubt give you a pen just incase your having a bad day in front of goal as we have done every home game this season.
Raithie
Will watch this on Alba. We're pish away from home thus far. Game will finish 0-0. Close thread.
Scary Bear
Would be nice to get some away points. One would do. I'll be watching this on Alba. Probably in a pub with the sound turned down.

Broken Algorithms
Looking forward to heading along. With it being our first time at St Mirren Park, it's another one to tick off the list. Quietly confident we can take something from this. Said last week that the next two games might give us a bit of a clue as to how good our team actually are. GreenockRover
First opportunity to get eyes on the side from this side of the country. Looking forward to a wee visit to a 'new' ground as well. Can't see any reason why we shouldn't be able to get something from the match having seen the Moron/St Mirren bore fest on Alba a few weeks back. So - 0-0 it is then :/

Raithie
St Mirren 3 Raith Rovers 0 Is that the half time score before St Mirren end up bottling it and we finish the game 4-3 winners?

WSDR 88
I'll be at this on Friday, much like the other posts, new ground ticked off the list. I really think we'll take something from this, but I'll play it safe - score draw 1-1.
Hank Scorpio
The one bloody Saturday I have off and we have a game on Friday evening, never mind. We're pish away and they're pish at home = score draw.
ulysses
If McMullan is out for this then I can only see a draw or a Raith win. Can't wait to see us score early then completely sit off the opposition in the second half, hitting hopeful long balls to Thommo. Wonder who will give away a penalty for us this time? Ro Sham Bo
I've never been to the new ground either but I think I'll count watching us play there on TV and tick it off the list in any case.
WSDR 88
Meant to stick this on the end of my post yesterday. Where's decent for parking on Friday? I've been told there's a car park next to the ground? I had a quick butchers on the St Mirren website but it doesn't mention that, just gives you a few street names. Much appreciated. djchapsticks
----------------------Langfield----------------------- ----Watson-------Webster-------Baird-----Kelly---- -----------------------Goodwin------------------------ ------------Mallan----Howieson----Agnew-------------- -------------Gallagher---------Shankland------------ That's if McMullan is injured. If he's fit, drop Agnew, play McMullan and Gallagher wide and Shanks up front. Gallagher is a cracking player and does the best with the position he's being told to play, but like Howieson, he's clearly not a left winger. I'd like to see him up top alongside Shankland or Thompson.

There's a car park next to the ground. It costs £4 to park there(£2 for disabled parking).

Would like to see what Howieson can do in a central role - he keeps possession really well and has more physicality than Agnew. Clearly not a winger though, like you said. Don't mind if Gallagher is out wide, assuming that he cuts inside and has a shot now and then. Hopefully Kelly will get up and down the wing anyway. Raith Against The Machine
Don't drop Agnew. He loves scoring against us. There was some daft stat from one of the last few seasons where he scored six goals all year, and four were against us, or something equally as daft.
