Antlion
I enjoyed it apart from Mick. They should give that tiresome c**t his own show, to keep the hard-of-thinking happy, and keep Still Game centred on its classic characters. At least then there would be an excuse for having him in every episode. A full half hour of Mick making Myra-from-Episodes gurning laughs should appeal to the morons.
TonMan
The Isa storyline was alright, quite liked the scene with Winston in the confessional. Mick's consistently crap though. And for someone known as a junkie does not do drugs. At all.
PB1994
Thought the first half was alright and they had set it up for a very good ending. As usual though the last part was woeful. Even thought Mick was ok in the first few parts he was in for once. Again as the episode went on it just got worse and worse.
smpar
That should be the last of it for good. Probably the second best (or fourth worst) of the series and it was still shite.I'll need to watch an old one tomorrow to cheer myself up, haven't seen Big Yin for a while.
D.A.F.C
Decent episode ruined by mick. Thought Craig Ferguson was pretty good tbh.

JamieStevenson
Wasn't bad tbh. I do wish they'd just stop these now though. The stage shows should be the direction for it going forward though.
Ludo*1
It's just so cheesy. It didn't feel like that before.
We Are Pars Fans!
Was better than last week which isn’t hard but still shite
meanmistermustard
Thought it began shite and got far shiter as the episode dragged on. If Isa's storyline was meant to be even mildly amusing it missed by miles and Mick's was utter crap leaving Boaby's car driving which was also total shite apartt from Winston limping off quickly. The ending yet again was fucking atrocious. Thank f**k that's the series gone. Watched 'Swottin'' a couple of days ago on YouTube and the gulf in the number of laughs between then and now is massive. Flybhoy
Am I the only one who noticed the scenes where Jack and Victor were walking round the canal were clearly shot directly behind Firhill?
smpar
The shitty punchlines are annoying and something that they never did until series 6 or 7. For so long, the funniest and most memorable lines from Still Game were always lines like “Shug, and two polis” and “hmmm hmmmm.. hawf two”, now they’re persevering with shite like “where your willy?!” and have done throughout series 7 and 8. Still Game has always been and will always be one of my favourite ever programmes, but it’s time to call it a day now.

well fan for life
Was better than last week but that’s not saying much. I did have a laugh at Winston showing up in confession and them jumping in to the river. Mick ruins the whole fucking show though. I watched Cairds on Netflix the other night and it is the greatest of all time episode. I still crease myself at “EIGHT. TITTIES.” [emoji23]
IainMorton
Best part was probably Naveed talking about his tadger still working even if Meena was to pop her clogs. You can see that most episodes this season have a good storyline and the intention is there, it's just the execution that’s terrible. Agree with others, they have to give it up. They’re trying too hard now IMO.
Arch Stanton
It's the most I've laughed at any episode of the new series and yet it was still dire. The predictability of Callum not being what he seemed and Mick coming to the rescue were telegraphed. Definitely time to retire the TV show and concentrate on the stage version.
paul-r-cfc
Wasn't great of course but a few laughs at that one.Jack and Victor jumping in the river and Boaby's face at the car window got me. I even thought the undertaker's cameo was decent in this one - went well with the scene.Less said about fuckin Mick the better. Making up a whole crappy subplot plot for him so he can save the day at the end.Special mention to Tam buying one cup of coffee between two
Arbroathlegend36-0
Watched all of the old episodes last week on my days off work just to relive the good times. Found myself binge watching them because one episode wasn’t enough to watch and then after watching another one just made you want to watch one more then one more after that and another after that and that’s what a fantastic programme makes you do. Just can’t work out how Greg and Ford went from writing such amazing episodes and had us all laughing in each one to what they have produced in the last 2 series’s. They would even make Chris the postie who was an excellent cameo character look rubbish nowadays.
