C4mmy31
In England you have three going down from 20, 24 & four down from 24 & two down from 24. I think two down from 12 is too high a rate of attrition and would breed far more fear laden football. Did you say it was wrong when Motherwell and Kilmarnock celebrated staying up? Cheer up, you old bugger! As far as I'm aware, it's the sponsor, Ladbrokes, who pay for/ insist on the "winners" boards & flags. I noticed the same today with the Playoff at Wembley. Newcastle got medals & a trophy as winner of the Chsmpionship, Reading got medals and a trophy, essentially finishing 3rd by winning the playoff, but what about Brighton, they got nothing for finishing 2nd, seems a tad unfair.....
RossDee01
I need to dip into the fundesliga forum more often. Falkirk fans are a fucking hoot.

Grangemouth Bairn
Fair play to Hamilton. 4 seasons in a row is a good achievement. Les Gray was Sportsound tonight and seems a decent guy. Just a bit the locals don't back them with more bums on seats.

I believe 2nd place now gets a trophy to address what was a ridiculous state of affairs. Reading getting a trophy really is ridiculous...

Pretty weird move giving the losers of the game a trophy tbh. Edited May 29, 2017 by capt_oats

They also get £200 million. The media love to have a w**k fest over their football, and English football fans are completely blinkered. The standard of football down there is atrocious given the unlimited resources they have.

Mark Connolly
We were shite all season, and we were shite on Sunday. My real disappointment is that I let myself get my hopes up. There also seem to be a lot of Rangers fans on social media, etc saying United "got what we deserved". I'm happy to take abuse from the majority of fans, but not ones who watched their club die.

TC83
At the beginning of the season, we were expecting to be in the playoff spot at best and would take our chances against whoever rolled up. Hibs were a stick on this year and we fell away. Wouldn't take too much out of the second third fourth scenario as once we were assured of the playoff spot, there was no real interest. Thought we did well in the playoffs and it came down to the final tie against Hamilton where we lost by a single goal. Regardless of whether we were good, bad or indifferent, we got there and couldn't finish it. Some rampant hysteria on here from some complete rockets although it comes with the territory I suppose. I can understand some of the comments seeing how the mighty have fallen but we'll pick ourselves up and try again next year. I must admit to finding some of the comments quite funny. Just remember guys, Karma's a bitch and we'll been laughing again soon.
EKACCIES
Have to laugh at fans criticising Accies for celebrating I am sure ever other club than wins a playoff celebrates. Motherwell' celebration was far worse with Keith Lasley leading the singing.
