The Marly
Much prefer our beautiful countryside/hills to any of our towns/cities or buildings in them.

Zetterlund
One of the many highlights of the North Fife Riviera is the random castle that someone decided to build among the normal houses in Newport on Tay.. I preferred it when it was a fairly standard castle-y grey colour but about 20 years ago someone had the idea to render it in bright yellow. It certainly stands out.
19QOS19
I got married at Friars Carse in Auldgirth. We were sold as soon as we drove up to it.I like castles and Caerlaverock Castle is easily my favourite. It's not the best preserved one but there is something really nice about it. Positive it's the only 3 point castle in the country as well. And I've always said if I win the lottery this BnB would be my first purchase.
milton75
I was gutted how quickly that tour was fully subscribed. Would have loved it. It's still on the go, I think KB is correct - it became so popular that the guy running it has now more or less retired from his previous rail job and now does it full time, along with excavating parts of the station. You should be able to book it, but it's also worth keeping an eye out for the day that Doors Open Day goes on (free) sale, as I got the impression he really likes to push how good it is on those dates.

I was working round at Airds Point in the summer and popped round to see Caerlaverock once I was finished. If you like that kind of stuff then getting yourself a Historic Scotland membership card is a must.
