Can see a 90 minute shitfest from the Croats and a 0-0. Aberdeen need a miracle, going by the stats tonight they got well beaten, got to imagine the Croatians will go for a goal to kill the tie, and they will likely get it as aberdeen have to open up and go at them
LazyBW
Two c***s with nazi salutes at the end there.. scumThat's what I thought too. A questionable celebratory "salute" one would have to say.
Frank Grimes
They were no great shakes and on another day that game is 0-0 all day long It’ll be a different game at Pittodrie and the tie is likely beyond us but an early Cosgrove goal and the old place will be rocking Looking forward to it
HibsFan
Wee shame for the flat track bullies, there. Just imagine what Aberdeen could achieve if they brought in a manager who's not afraid of his own shadow and doesn't stick by proven serial losers like Shay Logan. Playing stodgy, counter attacking shite only works if: a) You actually counter attack Spot on. Just sat deep and try to slow the game before a long punt which loses possession. Brutal to watch and out of date tactic. The movement off the ball to help retain possession was pedestrian at best. Only Hedges was starting to show as the game opened up a bit and then he took him off!
naegoodinthedark
The whole thing was a bit meh. I think we’ll have a right go next week, so let’s just see what happens.

Hopefully they are happy to play for 0-0 next week and we go for it like we did last week.

TavTastic
Looks a hard task for the bold don boays. A draw at Pittodrie and both Aberdeen/Killie will have surpassed the coefficient total of Hibs/Abers last year so not too bad.
BucksburnDandy
Same shite, different year. Until we cut out the brainless individual errors and become tactically more savvy than sitting in, not managing the ball well enough and struggling to break out then we will continue to get papped out against the first marginally decent team we face.
tarapoa
Look up Ustace if you want an explanation for the salute. As for the performance - QR3 away garbage again - another one of these try and defend well, but in reality do very little - see Sociedad, Almaty, Limassol......Maribor remains the one that got away, but tonight was same old for this round, just as well we got them in QR2 last time as we seem to love that....

coprolite
Not sure what the point of playing 3 ball carrying attackers is if we get them to stand on the 18 yard line and launch the ball nowhere. We played minutes 80 to 84 across our own back line at a goal down. "game management" and "keeping it tight for the first half" are only acceptable when they get results. Having a decent go is always OK. Unless we are magic next week we deserve to go out.
