The mortality rate of those in hospital are the same. But it kills 30% more people that it infects. But we've only looked at a few cases so we don't know for certain yet. They seem to be promoting aspects which are positive - e.g the vaccines still work, vaccination numbers are on the increase and highlights stories and opinion pieces which don’t get hyped up. The fact checker especially was really useful in debunking the likes of the half baked dramatic story coming out of Israel earlier this week.
