I believe you've hit upon the nub of this.

If we weren't having a total mare on the field I doubt Dave would be doing this. Not after the total c**t he made of himself and the club last autumn demanding fans be allowed back, shortly before another 70k people died.

I've just about come to terms with him bringing in Scott Brown as club captain, I'm less keen on him channelling Jim Traynor for our comms.

I’d actually argue its a case of us cleverly playing the game and showing up the ridiculousness of the passport guidelines without going down the Traynor style victim/aggression/sink us and we’ll sink you type narrative..

Hmm it's a view but screwing around with attendance figures looks totally concomitant with being a tinpot outfit imo.

I assume this prediction will not come to fruition, but it will be interesting to see the reaction the next time we do have a bad flu year.

I feel some people are starting to realise that hard restrictions to protect against one airborne virus over long periods of time have consequences.

Armed with this knowledge, will those who shouted loudest in favour of covid lockdowns shout equally loud for flu lockdowns?

Canada are just as psycho on Covid matters as Australia, New Zealand, and Democrat states in their neighbour. It will be reviewed at least every six months so eventually these places will get a grip when it's obvious the crisis is long gone and the sane parts of the world force them into touch. It's often overlooked that such draconian measures have economic costs and constraints, which will inevitably come home to roost.

Emailed my old boss this week. He lives in Australia now. His daughter works as a teacher in South Korea. He hasn't seen her since March 2019 and he doesn't know when he will see her again.

But hey, Zero Covid is the answer, right?

Isn't he trying to convince us this is a global conspiracy to achieve the "great reset" ?

Many thanks for the regular updates, must take a fair bit of time & effort. One question as to where you get your figures for say the likes of Germany, and on what period of time they are based on?

7 day case numbers in Germany currently at 63,8 as per the Robert Koch Institute.

36,000 UK cases today following 2 days of 40K.  That guarantees that England is back on the rise again.

Looks to me like the UK is going to stagnate at no lower than 300 cases per 100K which is 10 times that of Spain and Italy.

The spread in Scotland between Dundee in 2nd @ 405.9 & East lothian in 29th @ 197.4 being as small as it is, supports us also stumbling around at 250 to 300 in Scotland.  The difference between those at the top and the bottom has previously been randomly huge.

Virtually every country in Europe now having a more successful vaccine program than the UK is a poor reflection on how we were previously well ahead of the EU bloc.  Or maybe simply the fairly brutal restrictions to the non jagged in Europe is working. Our 2 football clubs and the jigging is a waste of space.

Only if they were groupies.
