SEETHING
Just now, RandomGuy. said: Having a set of play offs where Hamilton still stay up while Hearts go down would be the absolute pinnacle of this whole situation. Just to be clear, under no circumstances should this situation be resolved by forcing Hearts to play more games in an attempt to stay in the top division on merit.
Green Day
Not really sure why a newspaper even printed that ludicrous idea - "aye, but it wiz King Kenny who said it" doesnt mean that it has any more credence than any other stupid ideas (colt teams for example). Unless someone suggests a 12 12 10 10 league, which looks like it hurts nobody important then they can all get in the fuckin sea.

Zing.
This dragging out another week and going to a vote at an EGM is exactly what this situation needs, so I’m sure that’ll be what happens tomorrow.
Coventry Saint
It seems the legal challenge with the most legs (still no legs, but it's all relative) is the restriction of trade thing. Has anyone pointed out the irony that making this claim could restrict the trade of all the other clubs (it won't, but hypothetically), thus opening Hearts up to an identical counter claim?

No, because that's a daft thing to say. I trust this clarifies the situation to your satisfaction.
Lofarl
We cannot have a promotion to the Premier league after such a short season.

RandomGuy.
Someone should ask him how often a Tennis player helps an injured opponent on the other side of the net. And then tell him to f**k off back to watching that instead of pretending hes any clue what's happening beyond what Scot Gardiner is feeding him.

Andy groundhopper
Strange Restrictions of Trade - let Hearts ply their trade and go on to lose every game they had to play. Tell the Judge 'the spfl have stopped us performing as a football club' think you already know the answer to that ! On towards another vote, what chaos this time ?

Everyone knows they won’t be relegated though especially if it is a 14 team league. What would be good about a 14 team league? How would it work?
invergowrie arab
Surely the only "positive" thing about a 14 team league is it allows no relegation for this season. Why in earth would it make sense to permanently move to a system where it splits into two leagues after 2 rounds? What's the benefit?
