Billy Jean King
Trump 6 into 3.45 on betfair in the last few mins. Any reason ???
ICTChris
I saw someone say that the ethnic minority share of Trumps vote this time is higher than any Republican since Nixon in 1960, which was when the Democrats were still the racist party in the South (I think).I’m sure better minds than me will discuss it in depth but it seems that a lot of people overlooked the viewpoint diversity among certain groups, like Latinos for example.
The Holiday Song
Stuck some money on Trump at 6.2 at Betfair about an hour ago, he’s now down to 3.45... anyone seeing anything that explains that? I’m wary of reading too much into odds, but movements like that usually mean I’ve missed news.
Detournement
The point about the polls is that they change the narrative of the campaign. Biden was on easy street because he was wrongly assumed to be a front runner and the media could frame everything he did as being justified by that.

Mulled over it at 5/1, didn't pounce and too late now. Next election I'm definitely going to be more strategic about it and ready to respond to market changes. It's usually got little to do with the news, or if it is, it's exaggerated. Edited November 4, 2020 by welshbairn

Probably the statement that they are going to ask for recount in Wisconsin - unless they've misplaced 90000 votes it isn't going to matter.

I think the idea that Arizona is back in play when it was previously counted as a Biden win has a bit to do with it as well.

DeeTillEhDeh
He just won the lone electoral vote in Maine's 2nd district? It was 3 to 1 last election and 3 to 1 this election - even with a landslide Biden would have struggled to get all 4.

Boo Khaki
Trump campaign has filed a lawsuit to halt counting in Michigan. Day 1 of the biggest, long-running toddler-tantrum in the history of the human race.
welshbairn
Couple of independents in Maine may have handed the GOP the Senate, one an antivaxxer type and the other a Green mask enthusiast. Multifaced Susan Collins has been conceded the seat with 51% despite 15% of votes uncounted.
Hedgecutter
I was looking forward to seeing Trump's ego absolutely battered, but in his own little world he's genuinely going to think that he did a great job and won regardless of the outcome, isn't he.

If you want to avoid Trump voters Massachusetts and Rhode Island look like they voted Democrat in all areas. New Hampshire and Vermont almost there as well. West Virginia and Oklahoma should be avoided. Trump voters everywhere! Take me home Cunty roads. 24 hours from Tulsa is still too close to Oklahoma.
G-MAN
Why did Trump come into 9/4 ? He was 4/1 about 5 mins ago ? Just at the same time CNN called Wisconsin for Biden.
Lofarl
This is better than a utter trouncing. He will spend the remainder of his life utterly fizzing that the election was stolen from him.

He's not that thick, he'll be raging that another con was sussed out, but encouraged that his fans will stay loyal at his new home at One America News. Unless his con works this time.
