Unlucks on that one though. I remember one of the documentaries showing him say (back in the day) that he would consider being president on the condition that he knew he could/would win. Doubt he's ever failed at something significant without throwing money at a lawsuit, usually in the knowledge that the person on the other side can't afford to match it.
