I'm looking forward to see what kind of marketing slogans Celtic will use alongside the announcement of Keane to build the hype and sell season tickets.

"Join the Keane Machine and secure your seat in Paradise NOW"

"Don't be coy, get on board with Roy! Use the code ROYSREBELARMY for a 5% discount on all Celtic products".

“We are Keane , are you ?”

Yous would have both got wet then with you hanging on to his coat tails here

Well maybe you should go also then Jeff because, eh, you couldn’t see driving home the other night, because you, you don’t even wear your glasses on TV in case you get slagged off. So you just stick to Specsavers and I’ll do the game.

It's good to see the rangers fans having a wee gloat on Keane when he is no different to Slippy G.
They also said that Lennon was their best signing yet he went on to deliver a treble with Slippy G kicking stones.

The fact that Lennon has been sacked, Gerrard won the league and stopped Celtic clinching the title they had been signing about for the best part of a decade and will go down as a Legend of the club whereas Lennon will be largely unwelcome at Celtic Park kinda suggests that Gerrard got the upper hand in this contest mate.

Wastecoatwilly has clearly already welcomed Roy with open arms . Deals done IMO

Lennon has won 10 trophies at Celtic Slippy G has won 1 there is no comparison, singing about the ten is obvious it beats the record set by Stein it has nothing to do with what sevco did.

Then why is Lennon not welcome at Celtic Park compared to Gerrard becoming a legend at Rangers?

Nobody said Celtic singing about 10 had anything to do with Rangers, I just pointed out a fact that we won the title you'd been signing about for years.

Who said Lennon is not welcome back?
Why would you not sing about it we had a chance of doing it?

I thought sevco is us now ? Surely it can’t have been sevco that done 9 in a row in the 90’s.

very hard to keep up with you sevcoist’s.

Keane has been a failure in every managerial job he's had with players openly speaking about how useless he is.

Gerrard has had one senior management job and regardless of what happens next, he's likely to be remembered fondly by Rangers supporters.

Other than that, good comparison.

Come on now Willy, there have been plenty of Celtic fans have made their feelings clear that they would not welcome Lennon back at Celtic Park.

And I never said that you shouldn't have sang about it, merely pointing out that it was arrogant to do so by assuming you'd canter to 10IAR. It was heralded as the holy grail and now the fans have been left with egg on their face.
