Yup, totally agree. He put a shoogly start to the season to bed with his goal at Kilmarnock, and he could do with another one here. In my eyes he's the weakest link in the usual starting pool, by quite some margin. I don't imagine McGlynn will be interested with Dick still having a year and a half on his contract, but I see there's talk that Sean Mackie is free to leave Hibs.
