If only this was a thing Scottish people actually supported….. eh? Didn’t stop them cracking on with it when 2/3rds of their own party opposed it.

I'm Scottish and I supported it. Along with the majority of elected MSPs from SNP, Labour, Lib Dems and Green, who all supported it at the last election and were elected by the Scottish people.

What exactly was your problem with it?

He's been asked this before and shat it. Quite simply he's a bigoted wee coward.

In my lifetime it has been illegal to have same sex relations and more recently adopting into a same sex relationship was mainstream argued to be unreasonable lest the child be interfered with.

Utterly disgusting and hard to countenance via a 2023 prism so it is in this context that even if your 66.6% is in any way accurate, it doesn't stop them being flat out wrong.

Alister has fallen right into the FM's trap

Absolutely, we have been waiting for this political faux pas for a very long time, to block a Scottish Devolution Government Bill by another country's parliament has enflamed the smoldering fire of Independence.

This will bring the attention of the Scottish Peoples Elected Parliament being subjugated to the EU's and Worlwide political attention

The Bill was carried by a majority at Holyrood though the scum tories only voted 2 for it which gave a clear indication that the westminster tories would veto it, and they fuckin fell for it.

As a wee btw, the official parliamentary announcement was made at 4.30pm, the BBC led with the result on their 6pm news as a second item, yet to present the item the BBC had Chris Masson, the BBC political editor, outside Holyrood live reporting on the breaking news, which all shows that the BBC are working hand in glove with the westminster governemnt or how else could you explain Masson with a full outside broadcasting unit and crew getting from the BBC London studios to Edinburgh in 90 minutes unless the BBC had been told beforehand.

It is a naked attack on devolution. I say this as someone who has no particular skin in the issue of the GRR, other than wanting trans people to ahve better lives than they do at present.

Anyone lining up behind the Tories or the chillingly inhuman Alister Jack, the minister for the eighteenth century, needs to have a word with themselves.

😂

What bubble do you live in? How can it be an attack on devolution when people in Scotland didn’t support it in the first place. The SNP are scoring own goals all over the place, they’ll never achieve independence pulling stunts like this and if this is the way Scotland was to be run if it was independent then thank f**k. The SNP and the Greens are an absolute embarrassment.

From someone who has only ever voted SNP, was a member of their party for years and voted YES.

What are the aspects of the GRA that you object to?

Regardless of your feelings on the GRA, this is an absolute disgrace. Westminster showing they can just ignore the pretendy Scottish Parliament whenever they want. This should be an absolute wakeup call to anyone who continues to believe in this sham of a union.

Overall -

Support around 20 percent.

Oppose around 60 percent.

Don’t knows around 20 percent

A fucking farce.

That's it? That's all you have to make that ridiculous claim? Fucking hell.

Really disappointed to see @1320Lichtie out himself as a transphobic bigot more than anything else here. Thought he was a cracking poster. Kick in the stones, that.

I’m surprised he’s ventured back out of the football side of things on this board after his hiatus when he basically admitted to having his parents help him get young ladies drunk to let him have his way with them.
