accies1874
Think Liverpool sort of got away with that as they were up against an impotent Leicester side who also fancied scoring two own goals, but when you've got Nunez missing five chances a game then it's hard to go along with any luck narrative.

It was a shocking Liverpool display. The only reason they got any points was because of the two og’s. Nunez is poor and they with three strikers out injured they will be desperately hoping Gakpo can offer something up front. Oxlade-Chamberlain offers little in the role he is being asked to play.

Unless he can turn things round very soon I can see it going that way as the fans are notoriously hard to please and many were unconvinced on his return. Last summers signings just haven't worked.
Ro Sham Bo
Rashford left out of the Man United squad for disciplinary reasons. Piers Morgan interview incoming.

Rashford is wildly overrated IMO but I'd still have him on today ASAP replacing that Antony who looks fucking gutter.
Donathan
Left out of the starting XI, but has come on at half time

Rashford looks a player when he's confident but he's far too prone to long barren spells where he looks absolutely hopeless.
Ro Sham Bo
Van de Beek has been absolutely atrocious since he came on. If I was Ten Hag I'd be subbing him back off.

Noticed for the first time the other night, when Anthony runs with the ball, it looks weird as f**k. It's like he almost pauses to reset his direction and kicks on again. Not like he's slow or anything, but watch him, it's bizarre.
Ludo*1
Arsenal with the chance to go 7 points clear tonight is mental.
captainkev
City and Newcastle both drop points today and with the opportunity to go 7 points clear at the top Arsenal are 1-0 up inside a minute. Seems like the perfect set-up for a classic Arsenal bottle-job.
Scotty Tunbridge
And they are going 7 points clear. Brighton look a gang. Additionally sky sports advertising one of their upcoming games as being the first with ‘sky sports junior coverage’ sounds like worst thing ever. eez-eh
This place has all the atmosphere of a morgue. You’d think Arsenal’s away support would have plenty to shout about going 7 points clear.
captainkev
Ødegaard is increasingly turning into a fantastic player. Real Madrid should be kicking themselves if they don't have a first refusal/buy-back clause on him.
craigkillie
Even though that's the right decision, I don't think it really feels to anyone watching like justice has been done by ruling it out. I reckon VAR decisions should only be made if the defending team are able to tell the referee what the actual offence was.

Arteta got them cooking and the title is going to North London. #calledit all the way back in August. I have a PhD in Barclays Premier League Studies from Harvard, so I was always likely to be onto something with this one. Alas, some high-level FA corruption cannot be ruled out just yet. There will be influential people who are very reluctant to see the title head to Holloway Road.

Drew Brees
Watching MOTD, Southampton just scored and there’s 9 (nine) Fulham fans videoing the celebrations. WTF Edited January 1, 2023 by Drew Brees

WTF Don't Fulham have a "neutral area" where tourists and even away fans can sit?
