We did that vs airdire when down to 9 men very effectively, On one occasion doing the full procedure of center back dropping in, a few faint kicks, adjustments and then the go up routine, then only once everyone moved up mehmet sat down and gave the whole I'm injured routine. a few minutes of 'treatment' and we'd taken a fair bit of time off the clock and killed momentum.
