johnnydun
Is it really that difficult to get a couple of sheets of tarpaulin? 'This section of the pitch is the only bit causing us bother.' 'Should we cover it before the next rain forecast?' 'Nah, I'll get the leaf blower out on the day, it'll be alright.'

Should have got the electric heater out the boardroom and put both bars on. Thank you.

My son is playing at Claypotts tomorrow. Would you also happen to know the current state of the pitches there?

I assume they were all pissing themselves laughing when you dropped your drawers then, hence the waterlogged pitch!!

Bring Your Own Socks
Morton use the same tactics. Protect the pitch and drag opponents out on a midweek. Shameful! SPFL need to sort this. Any club having two or more games postponed should be automatically relegated. Hamilton and Arbroath deserve more. -

Bigmouth Strikes Again
Heartbreaking to see, was once one of the top three pitches in Scotland, easily. Thank you.

We should have put down the shitiest plastic pitch available giving us an enormous home advantage, as loads of others cuntos do.
jagfox
Are there any "free Saturdays" that this could be played on or will it go to a midweek?
Pie Of The Month
1 minute ago, jagfox said: Are there any "free Saturdays" that this could be played on or will it go to a midweek? Dundee have St Mirren away in the cup next week and I think us at home to Dunfermline screams early exit to a side in a lower division so if both are out we'd have a free Saturday in February otherwise it'll be midweek. Not sure if Dundee have any other games to rearrange that would take priority though.

It'll all depend on who gets knocked out I'm sure.

DeeTillEhDeh
I get the impression that the pitch has been more difficult to maintain since the undersoil heating was installed. Prior to that any flooding was due to run-off not escaping at the corner of the pitch - and it was the same groundsman then as well.
