Inverness CT v Dundee

Recommended Posts

Quite a meltdown from Sandy the highland thoroughbred here and it’s only Thursday, thoughts and prayers for his well-being on Saturday. Whatever Dundee has done to him has clearly left lasting damage.  With a bit of luck that will continue this weekend.

Thank you.

As it turns out, I won't be able to make the trip oop Norff on Saturday. Will there be a PPV for this?

There isn't an official one AFAIK but apparently some folk have said the old Pixellot feed is still picked up on IPTV.

Yeap, it is a terrible camera but it is normally available to watch on IPTV.

Going again for maximum chaos results…

QP draw Ayr

ICT beat Dundee

Partick beat Accies

Cove beat Arbroath

Morton v Raith just doesn’t cause any chaos, so I’ll play favorites.

Two teams on 58, one on 57, one on 55…though there is an argument for Ayr over QP to make it 58, 57, 55, 54 at the top too. Plus it’s a bonus of 33, 30, 29 at the bottom,

Inverness have played a game more and even if they beat us we have a game in hand against Cove at home to knock them out the title race that they aren't even in to start with.

Why do you diddies never take Into account  games in hand? Especially when there's 3 match days remaining.

The only side that can stop Dundee winning the title is Queens Park - to do so they must win the next two matches starting tomorrow. Over to them and all eyes on tomorrow at Somerset.

Thank you.

As for the game on Saturday remain with the 4 4 2.

Legzdins

Mulligan Ashcroft Sweeney Clampin

McMullen Maguire Cameron Hannant

Robinson Kwame

Reward McMullen and Kwame for changing the game last week and thought Marshall was off it - if Clampins any use nows the time to bring him in and see us through.

Thank you.

Yes, but he usually sits on the bench while Marshall plays with all the grace and composure of that Sandy guy over the last few pages of this "thread"...

Well that's of great interest.

The previous ICT v Dundee game up here was stodgy indeed, was played when we were dragging our anchor (no, not Sandy) and the single away goal was always going to be enough. We simply had nothing that would bother the Dundee defence and the drudgery set in well before the finality that was signalled by the referee's whistle.

This should not be the case on Saturday with a raring to go racey right winger and with so many other attacking options ICT should have the wherewithal to make much more of a spectacle.

Difficult decision Bowyer has choosing between Jakubiak and Thomas. I’d go Jakubiak because he’s been very good since he’s got fit and back in the side and he deserves another start.

I’d probably stick with McCowan as well although he blows hot and cold more than most. If he’d scored that sitter early in the 2nd half last week we would’ve went on to win the game.

The 2 centrehalfs were dreadful last week and got bullied. Don’t think Inverness have a striker that’s a bit of a brute.

This right winger you talk about will be too busy blowing out his hoop chasing Hanant back the park to be of a concern to us.
