We are in hiding, take the hint.

Him and the ‘club supremo’ said Rankin’s target is 20 points a quarter ergo 4x20=80. I believe their basis was what Dunfermline did season don’t really know how that adds up right enough.

They were asked in December if our closest rival continues to out perform their expectations (as Falkirk are clearly doing) then surely Rankins KPI should be increased to which we have been told it would not be.

We have an Accies fan coming on, thanks though 👍🏼

It has Gary Deans Board Q&A all over it.

Exactly what I thought... echoes of the same sentiments. Fans shouldn't be shouting at the players. It's not the managers fault the players aren't performing. It's not the clubs fault other teams are doing better. Deja Vu.

The old Board said the exact same near enough word for word in the run up to last seasons Play Offs games versus Alloa at home(when it turned toxic) and Airdrie.

Meet the new  Board, same as the old Board mantra here.

All this backing a failure has done is peeve off a support already angry and crowds will drop again with folk not returning until the Play Off games.

Football fans of any club know when it is time for change and throughout the years our club has always taken far too long to change things which is where the anger is coming from.

They waited too long for Billy Reid,Martin Canning and Brian Rice to go and this is the exact same scenario.

I would take any of the aforementioned now and would be confident they would get more of a tune out of this squad.

Last time Ayr were in the top League, there was only 3 Channels on the TV.

Accies have a great youth set up which a good Manager would get the best out of.

Off field income brings in plenty which makes up partly for our support halving the last 10 years.

We are the only club in Scottish Football who have won promotion to the top League and lost 50% of regular attenders.

Guys I know who never missed a game still haven’t returned and once they are lost it is hard to get them back.

Hamilton as s town is increasingly getting bigger and those who run our club have never tapped into this;they just automatically assume they will support The Old Firm which is a defeatist attitude .

There are plenty folk in Lanarkshire who want nothing to do with Old Firm bigotry with, for example Motherwell tapping into this;they even give out free tickets to. Hamilton schools which we don’t do.

We can and should do more to tap into the local Community.

Utterly demented stuff tbh.

Some honking individual performances but hard to blame anyone other than Rankin for such a direct 4-4-2 which completely surrendered the game to Falkirk.

We did better for the 15 minutes before half-time and 15 minutes after, but I don't think we really capitalised on Falkirk starting to look a bit nervy.

He has to go it's as simple as that 3-0 down in league 1 after half an hour is embarrassing we got 2 consolation goals felt like the games in the premiership during the covid where we were 3/4-0 after 20/30 minutes got a couple of goals back but never looked like getting anything from the game. His starting lineup was embarrassing as was his changes. Keeping him to the end of the season would be mental as we would have zero chance of winning the playoffs keeping him beyond that would be putting the club's future in jeopardy.  Alloa can close the gap to 6 on us next week. As for Falkirk they were decent and deserve to win this league but can see them getting a reality check next season in the championship like Dunfermline have.

Really doubt that we will go with the same squad, we will strengthen once again in the summer.

Why did Rose get substituted? He was your only goal threat. Someone mentioned a possible calf strain on another thread.

Not sure if there was an injury but he hasn't started many games of late, so it was always gonna be a case of seeing how much we could get out of him from the start.
