His ostentatiously reentering the Crater and restoring order saved British - and many civilian Adeni - lives but NLF v FLOSY civil war was inevitably just delayed until wider withdrawal. Loved a 'headline quote': "Behave yourself and nothing happens to you. Start playing terrorism - you're dead!". "We're going to be extremely firm and extremely mean. These chaps have gunned down British soldiers - 3 of my own were killed here. I have no compunction in saying that if some chap now starts throwing grenades or using pistols we shall kill him. Quite rightly". "Our aim is to kill terrorists and take care of terrorism. I've just told them we're a very mean lot. We'll be very fair but if any chap starts any trouble they'll just get their head blown off. They'll get the message in time you know - this glengarry helps a bit, and the bagpipes". Vassal state. News reports tonight that the speaker was summoned to a briefing (while the Typhoons were en-route) where Hoyle offered to recall parliament and he was told that wasn't how they wanted to play it. Didn't say who he was actually speaking to mind.

Dunning1874
When you hear the "we need to protect civilian seafarers from attack by these barbarians engaging in piracy" argument, it's worth noting how many have been killed since ships in Red Sea started being targeted to make this wave of bombing a necessity. None. Meanwhile, the whole reason ships heading for Israel are being targeted in the first place, 250 people are being killed every day in Gaza. Can't wait to see how Genocide Joe is going to protect those civilians!

Why do ships divert around Africa?, If they are not sailing to Israel, they are safe, right? -

Brother Blades
Some of the mental gymnastics to attempt to justify what the IDF are doing in Gaza is unreal. Its hardly surprising when the bullied find an excuse to bloody the nose of the bully who’s been picking on them for years.

As opposed to the very real war crimes committed on the communities from which the Houthi movement gains support since 2015? Meanwhile another state in the region is literally on trial for an accused act of genocide. So will Team America and its West Europe vassal state be forming a 'task force' to deal with Tel Aviv?
