Specky Ginger
An Arbroath supporting pal of mine said it's possibly worth turning off for Arbirlot village and coming into Arbroath from that side.

You could, but there are also lights on both roads once you get back into town from arbirlot. Probably just as well waiting it out on the main road.
RedLichtie86
Anyone travelling to the game allow for plenty of time. The road works on the main road coming in are a long wait. especially if there is a big influx of cars at the same time. Either wait in the traffic, turn off for Arbirlot or take the Carnoustie/Muridrum turn off and take the back roads in via Carmylie and/or Redford (A little bit out the way but better than being late to the game). Also trying to get back via the main road will be a nightmare so again back roads to Carnoustie is much easier and quicker.

Left house at 3.30pm Walked to Dunf QM... train cancelled. 40 mins at station. Got to Inverkeithing after connection left so 55 mins there. Dundee to Arbroath train late... got to ground 5 mins before ko. Return journey... saw a guy on crutches leave before the winner to make the train... he shouldn't have bothered. It was 30 mins late. Meaning it arrived after the last Dundee to Fife train was due to leave. To be fair Scotrail did hold that train but didnt tell us, just to keep us on our toes. Phoned home and got a lift from Inverkeithing rather than a further wait for the QM train. In midnight. Thank f**k that Vaughan winner made the whole ordeal worthwhile. Im off the bevvy... obviously if you drink yourself silly before during and after train travel these little hicups are less noticeable
TheRoundO
I am fearful. May start drinking now. Tuesday's surrender is inexplicable, so I have very little belief in a strong positive reaction. Here's hoping. We've already been embarrassed on live TV by Dundee United this season. It's not a good look.

Lights on East Muirlands Rd and Arbirlot Rd West, it’s a no great coming in from that side

ExiledLichtie
Gaston is back, pleasingly. A barely fit Ricky Little leads the defence. Looks like Little, Stewart, Teale and possibly Lyon(?) at the back. Still no Bird up front...
Irosshed and I was wrong
Think it's the team everyone predicted Murray would pick.....tonight feels like a big 3 points, put the pressure on U-shited (see what I did, class that).
