Last night went to a show (it was a guy talking, very entertaining) and there folk, who had paid for a ticket and had made the effort to get there, sitting on their phones for most of it.

Was this at braes? If yes I know of one person who went with his partner and yes many photos were taken :-(

It was indeed. I'm not talking about photos, I'm talking about folk being in Facebook and messaging during the show.

People pointing out that someone is merely "fishing" on social media - usually with the aid of a fishing gif or the likes.

It's the level of smugness that accompanies this enlightment that can be more irritating than the repetitive trolls themselves.

Not petty at all. When you go to the toilet in the pub and some twat comes in and decides to let rip followed by a little "ahh". What the fuk is that all about you manky b*****d? Am I supposed to be impressed? p***ks.

Nasty.
I hate when someone has the skitters and the sound of their shite is like they are pouring out a can of cold soup.
Keep that at home.

The tiny strip they put on credit cards etc , for your signature

Most of the time there’s plenty room to allow them to make this larger

could you post a photo of your credit card so we can see that you've had to do a tiny signature? Ta.

My wife's parents won't close the curtains in their living room until around 9 o'clock regardless of what time of year it is. They really don't mind strangers staring at them as they watch Coronation street, but it just makes me feel exposed and vulnerable.
Pampas grass out the front garden?
