Molotov
Back in 1987 St Mirren played Coventry at Highfield Road in the first leg of a British cup winners clash and we are still waiting for the second leg. https://www.wsc.co.uk/book-reviews/missing-a-leg/ https://www.thesportsman.com/articles/forgotten-final-the-unfinished-story-of-the-1987-anglo-scottish-challenge I do think it’s appropriate that this is petty and gets on my nerves. Especially as I went to the first game!

itzdrk
You'll never get agreement on rhyming because there's people on here who will think 'smart' and "alert' rhyme.
Boo Khaki
I'll never get over Justine, founder of Mumsnet, possibly the most regressive, socially conservative, vindictive and fundamentalist forum on the entire web, completely unironically and seemingly with no self-awareness whatsoever bemoaning the fact that the Internet "allows unpleasant people to communicate more easily too". BFTD
That Mumsnet raid was pretty grim, aside from the placenta soup and somebody posting their own tits on here pretending to be the (apparently unpopular) SparklingBrook. Nobody seemed to have much of a clue what to troll them over. They took revenge by spending the next decade starting new accounts to post the same debunked shite about the lower leagues (too many SPFL clubs! Regional leagues! Celtgers care about the national team!)

Interesting that the headline was in a football-related format and not something like "MUMSNET SENDS P&B TO BED WITH NO SUPPER"
