Guest The Phoenix
Just been watching Celtic v hearts on Iraqgoals with Jock Brown commentating (thought he was deid) Anyway,he used a phrase which really get on my wick "..that was vintage Robbie Kean" WTF does "vintage" mean in footballing terms. Cant remember who it was but a few weeks ago I heard the same word used to describe Aiden Mcgeady. How can a player so young and still playing put in a vintage performance ffs Indeed. My performances could be described as vintage (and rare).

Fudge
On a footballing theme, Louis Saha took John Terry to the cleaners tonight. This is actually a RTBC though

MarvMarvSuperMarv
With what exactly? Well, studs were up but they are beind the ball. I don't see a problem with that. No danger at all to Petrov (unless he goes over the top)

No danger at all to Petrov (unless he goes over the top) I don't see a problem with the tackle itself, as he won the ball, and as Alan Hansen says on MOTD, he can't win the ball after sliding in, without his studs showing. The problem is, that in the current game, if he tackles like that, he's got no reason to be 'raging', as in the current laws/rules/refereeing decisions he's a cert to be sent off. I don't agree that he should be, but that's not what we're debating...
Monster
Did anyone see Lee cattermole's second yellow for SunLun last night? One footed, clean tackle, won the ball and ran onto it. Football is a joke.

Yeah, and understandably he was fuming about it, making the 'ball' gesture to the referee and he was absolutely right.
sutton01
How unlucky Sunderland were not to win last night and how harsh Cattermole's sending off was, cost me 75 quid
