Some stupid cow didn't get why she couldn't use the 1hr/24 hr wait machines to get her pictures printed instantly. Proceeded to have a meltdown when she couldnt find a photo she wanted printed. After finally finding the photo's she wanted printed prompty disconnected her phone from the machine before calling the assistant over and complaining that her pictures had disappeared. Waited til today for the "call within 24 hours" I was promised on Friday. Kept on hold for half an hour then told that they could do nothing because someone else would call me back today or tomorrow. Two fucking cafes this morning I've gone in, sat down and been ignored by staff gassing behind a counter twenty fucking feet away. Both of them I got up and left - the 2nd one had the waitress come running after me at the door asking to help but I told them I didn't want to interrupt. Anybody else agree?
