They only read a summary of maybe three items, no analysis, no opinions, just reading off a script. Who cares who's reading? I hate the attempts to build the folk doing the travel reports into "stars". Prime example being the annoying Richie p***k on Ken Bruce's show.
hearthammer
Sky Sports' David Garrido. He's a former teacher and spouts his autocue pish in that manner, seeing himself as talking to some intellectually challenged audience.

An anonymous leaflet campaign along the lines of "remember Madeline" will get that sorted.

Honest_Man#1
How unbelievably difficult it is to get rid of old paint. The previous owners of my flat left about 20 half full tins of paint and hadn’t realised how much of a pain in the arse disposing of it is.
Bairnardo
I thought this had died a death but folk loudly, and in a weirdly elongated way saying "HA-PPNIN" as a greeting.

It's only wet paint that can not be accepted in the waste, so dry it out by adding something absorbent like cat litter or sawdust then once completely dry the tins can go in your general waste bin at home.

Not sure if the above is from a local site to you, but I’ve had a look and it seems like you’re still supposed to take the dried out paint tins to a recycling centre. That’s not the annoying bit though. I’ve got so many old paint cans that it will take about a tonne of sawdust and weeks to dry them all out fully.

Sounds like they realised exactly how much of a pain in the arse it is.

Yeah I’ve not written that well, needed a comma. I’m well aware they realised, it was me who didn’t realise until researching it.

There's a few charities that will take them off your hands. Looked into it before but you'll have to do your own googling.

Put the tins in black bin bags and toss them in the landfill at the local dump FFS
