HI HAT
Just finished 4 bottles of Ceasar Augustus and 2 large house measures of OVD and coke, feeling quite relaxed about the world, nice.
Granny Danger
Had a small glass of El Coto red with a pre-lunch snack of olive, sun-dried tomato and mozzarella skewers earlier. Now having Cava with lunch.

I was at a party once where we made a wee punch from cider, vodka, and 4X - good times.
Shandon Par
Went for a run yesterday afternoon. Really struggled - sweaty, stitch etc. Then I remembered I'd had three pints of Innis & Gunn with my lunch. Definitely not as helpful as a sip of water or Lucozade Sport before a run. Glad to be able to give you some consumer advice.
