    Don't have a set of scales but have recently moved my belt from notch 3 to 4, also able to fit into a few old-fave T-shirts including my Scissors, Paper, Rock Lizard, Spock which I'm about to take on a trip to the dentist - still got all my teeth but I increasingly get Little Shop of Horrors vibes when I'm due to attend.

    Not really worried about the poor league position mentioned above and the accompanying rumours, as @Captain Saintsible has pointed out unearthing one gem every coupla years is more valuable than winning any number of age division titles. What might be more of a problem is that if we are going to continue with the current model of going for talented Antipodeans for resale that might restrict the opportunities of bringing our own young players through to the first team but that seems to be the current vogue among our fans.

    Not really much to add to the debate except to say I bumped into a coupla ex-schoolmates in my mid-20s and asked what they were doing and my flabber was gasted when they told me they were in the polis cos Ida put money on both being inside - never had any problems with them personally but they were wild and as I say was surprised where they ended up working.

    My opinion is that you've got WGS doing transfers and Docherty (50+) as first team coach so a young gun as support would seem best. In view of the fact that we'll be rivals when hostilities recommence I won't wish you the best of luck.

    Thistle's form in the last quarte was good but not outstanding Cinch Championship | Form Guide | Last 10 Matches | Football Web Pages It was no surprise when they beat QP whose form had fallen away but I genuinely felt the tie against Ayr could've gone either way however it was pretty much settled in Thistle's favour after the first leg. It's now a fact that Thistle will be going into the play-off in good form and with a degree of confidence but I feel whichever top flight team finishes eleventh should still be considered favourites but then I predicted St. Johnstone for that spot at the split.
