When I was selling my old house, I spent a couple of minutes just before viewing time scrubbing it off with a hard brush. House sold no probs. Saved me about 20 minutes travelling up at night, at least half an hour when travelling home around lunch time. I noticed the signs heading towards the airport were a bit dodgy but at least the road's finally open. I can understand why you need to have a time allocated if stuff's getting delivered, but why the heck do I need to specify the exact hour I'm going to pick it up?
