Wardy
Has Scott Robertson found a club yet after being released by hibs. He's another ex Dundee utd player lol Reading between the lines on Twitter, he's away to play in Romania for FC Botosani.

Wardy
sounds more like a disease than a team I'm sure the Romanians think the same when they see the word Dunfermline.

baillieinleeds
No name in today's FFP. Only says we are signing someone on Friday..... Bloody FFP haha, it always has that effect, they get your hopes up and tell you it's Friday. A good marketing strategy.

Michael W
Yep, looks like that's it when this mystery young player signs. Hilson would fit the bill, and there seldom is much of a surprise with players signing. Has Laidlaw re-signed? Haven't seen anything about him after the Press reported him and Watson still had deals on the table.

renton
So, Out: Hill, Watson, Moon, Fox, Scott, Conroy, Elliot, Nade, McKay In: Toshney, Benedictus, Petrie, McCord, Megginson, Wighton, <new guy> 9 out, 7 in - but that doesn't take into consideration the fact that Elliot never played that much, and that Callachan and Vaughan stepped up to first team regular, displacing two of the guys in the out column. It'd be nice to think that one or two of the development guys will push into the first team as well. Ding Dang Doo
So, Out: Hill, Watson, Moon, Fox, Scott, Conroy, Elliot, Nade, McKay In: Toshney, Benedictus, Petrie, McCord, Megginson, Wighton, <new guy> 9 out, 8 in - but that doesn't take into consideration the fact that Elliot never played that much, and that Callachan and Vaughan stepped up to first team regular, displacing two of the guys in the out column. It'd be nice to think that one or two of the development guys will push into the first team as well. Isn't that only 7 in? Or are you counting another potential loanee? You're right with Elliot and I'd add that McKay would have been as well sitting in the stands most days. If it's a striker then what has happened to the midfielder who was in England...or is that him which means it's not someone like Hilson?

Broken Algorithms
Todays courier saying we're still in for Hilson but he's been training with Queens. I think he'd probably be a decent signing for this level.

Seems unlikely that tomorrow's signing is Hilson then, no?
1RonnieCoyle
our budget was always going to be cut due to having to release Grant Murray... mckay nade fox hill watson scott moon conroy elliot, plus kitman brian marr, but to me we have brought in a better kind of player: Megginson, Petrie, Mccord, toshney, Benedictus, Wighton, (plus New signing) Plus we have added a coach and an assistant Manager. so technically like for like with regards to numbers out and in, Mckinnon has went about his business quick, and got exactly who he has wanted, and certainly hasnt been held to ransom by the sounds of it. Laidlaw may well not be re signed now, We have cuthbert and mcgurn to battle it out, and the young lad Scott Law who may well replace laidlaw as 3rd choice. the youngesters: Bates, Mathews will defiantly feature. Court Campbell ford Robertson will be involved in matchdays but will be what Mathews was last season, on the bench but rarely used. Mcgurn cuthbert Law Bates thomson Mckewon Barr Benedictus toshney Ford ellis Anderson Mccord Petrie Callachan Mathews Campbell vaughan Stewart Megginson wighton Court Ford. (new Signing friday) 24 man squad with only 5 who havent featured in the first team, I think its a big enough squad with plenty scope for differant formations and set ups, We have 3 forwards who can play in behind or on the wings, and wingers who can play as wing backs... defiantly set up better this pre season than last pre season. Mcgurn benedictus barr toshney (x3 CB) anderson (RWB) mccord (CM) callachan CM) petrie (CM) Mckeown (LWB) Stewart Wighton (2xFWD) subs: cuthbert thomson vaughan megginson mathews bates new guy can also play 4-2-3-1...(anderson Vaughan Wighton as the forward 3) with stewart or megginson up top... plenty to look forwrad to !
