Very much sounds like the players are gutted about it. Legal minefield he's trying to walk and did get the feeling they 'hear' and 'see' things was an indirect way of saying they were concerned about off-field things i.e. losing dressing room/Ross Millen situation etc. As above, they need to do this quickly and get it right. They’ll have loyalty towards Murray. Having due diligence on potential new managers just seems sensible to me. Even if there was no intention of sacking him due to success, you then have the risk of losing him to a bigger club. Why start from scratch when you can keep an up to date list of potential candidates. I don’t agree that it suggests they’re looking within. I could of course be wrong though.
