Almost identical to mine, with the exception I add some ground ginger.

I am leaning towards the Butchershop but will decide in the coming days. Porter and Rye does look quality though. Will be staying down that end of the town so that we dont end up frequenting the usual pubs etc and try some different places.

It had been a while since I was out in Finneston but there are loads of new places that have opened up.
MONKMAN
Butchershop is good, but Bo’vine has been superb the last couple of times I’ve been in.

It was easily the best steak I’ve ever eaten. It was also by far the most expensive.

Combine into sauce. fry off red chili mixed with garlic and ginger, add chicken and some chicken stock. Season with salt and pepper. Add sauce mixture. Add one sliced red pepper. Season with fish sauce and palm sugar. Simmer for 10/15 minutes. serve with Jasmine rice. Garnished with some coriander and sliced green chili. marvellous.
