CityDave94
Its a bank holiday next Monday isn't it? While checking I was unaware that the reason for a bank holiday in June was the Battle of the Boyne. I must have missed that, when did that become a thing in this country? Should Celtic fans boycott banks that shut on 12th June?

While it is very unlikely they would have one for Harold Shipman, if it was on offer, I would gladly take it.

I thought the Boyne one was NI only and in July and Scotland just gets a Spring bank holiday at the end of May, occasionally early June, along with the rest of the island. If they want to give me the Boyne day, I’ll happily learn the flute and put on a few stone.

tamthebam
I had a tipsy cake in the cafe at Vogrie Country Park the other day. I haven't had one since Crawford's stopped trading. Quite nice it was too.

Stellaboz
Successfully hiding a hangover at a Hindu wedding today. Got smashed at the work summer party and a 10 minute walk to the station took 3 hours and a lift home in the end.
