ICTChris Posted January 8, 2023 Share Posted January 8, 2023 I moisturise several times a day but I have quite severe excema. I only really get it bad on my hands so I use hydrocortisone in them when required. I get dry skin on my face and arms and legs and find the green Vaseline moisturiser works well. They do a spray version which is good for limbs as well. The last few years I’ve really settled on this routine and haven’t had any severe issues - previously I’d get serious skin infections fairly regularly. I think a proper routine and finding something to agreed with you is important. I also try to make sure I get sun in the warmer months, that makes a big difference. Going back to Jack Monroe, I’ve seen people criticise the nutrition of her meals before but never the safety. I’d have to re-read it but I think she also claims to have been drinking heavily and taking 40 Tramadol a day?
