Bring Back Paddy Flannery
He isn’t classified as disabled, he can drive, wouldn’t be eligible for benefits. He’s missing an eye, some people are missing hair or teeth. Is calling someone a baldy X or a gapped tooth Y mocking the disabled? No, because missing a tooth or being bald is in no way comparable to having one eye. Obviously.

Having one eye isn’t classified as being disabled, it’s obviously better to have two eyes, like it’s better to have a full set of teeth. but you aren’t disabled by having one eye,
Hannibal Lecturer
Aye, ok it was a tad distasteful from Kevin but 8 games!! Furfucksake If it was so bad why didn't the referee send him off at the time? He clearly sees him doing it from the photo. If I were a Falkirk player I'd be at him right from the kickoff in the next game. Stitches for snitches. -

The Ginger Prince
Having one eye isn’t classified as being disabled, it’s obviously better to have two eyes, like it’s better to have a full set of teeth. but you aren’t disabled by having one eye, Well you are because you are visually impaired which can impact your day to day life, missing a tooth doesn’t impact you in anyway whatsoever. At least you’re not mocking cancer victims anymore though.

Just where is the line drawn ?

The Moonster
Surprised O'Hara hasn't used the solid, water tight defence of "he's not even disabled" during his hearing.
Jan Vojáček
I think 8 games is about right to be fair. That's seriously low from O'Hara (and McKee if proven guilty).
The Ginger Prince
What if you called someone 'speccy ? Absolute nit picking here and agree with what you're saying. Just where is the line drawn ? Well it’s all in the context what was said, I don’t think anyone knows what’s been said outwith Shiels, the ref & O’Hara. Speccy could be offensive in the context of someone has been through some form of horrific incident/accident that requires them to wear glasses. But where the line is drawn? Honestly couldn’t answer that. Banter to one person is a grievance to another in certain aspects.
ICTChris
The Falkirk fans on this thread have all written to their local council complaining about refugees getting council houses when there's still potholes in the roads.

spud131
Would have probably got less of a ban had he tried to gouge out Shiel's good eye!

Poet of the Macabre
Twitter is no better... Can't believe Falkirk fans are so oblivious to the damage this is doing to the club's reputation.

Sumboi Bairnardo has no defence for the crass comments from fellow Falkirk fans so tries to change the subject.
