I'm wary of change, because I remember when the Deans / Fulston ran the club, but sometimes you have to take a leap of faith and hope for the best. We've been too cautious for too long and it's deposited us in League One. It's time to try something else. I'd say last season we were anything but cautious , indeed the strategy to sign 15 odd unknown players ,unproven at our level , was rather risky if not reckless - and it was this that absolutely deposited us in DIV 3. Lifelong fan (I think) and multi millionaire who should have the best interests of the club at heart. Pity that we're in this state with someone like that already involved. FWIW I would be very wary of an outside consortium coming in. Why the f**k would a bunch of foreign 'investors' want to get involved with us unless it's to 'develop' the stadium? That's the rub ! FFC don't own the stadium we are just part owners. That's why I opposed selling Brockville and not owning the new stadium outright. We have no assets and are more or less worthless. If new owners come in it is most likely for the stadium/land and then buying out the other partners. We are kidding ourselves to think otherwise.

Bannon never played for us, I thought we would just have to name a Bannon starting 11 and it would be full of Hearts and Hibs players, funny to think folk would say Houston wouldnt sign outside the central belt, I cant recall Bannon signing outside Edinburgh !!! Thomson Allan, Darren Barr, Colin Cramb, Kevin James, Neil McCann, David Weir, Craig Nelson to add to the party
bud1876
Can add George Miller to that list.

Wouldn't mind being proved wrong on that though!
