Everyone likes him would bring the fans onside a bit again. If they were going for more experienced manager, the only thing I would ask is that he isnt a complete idiot when being interviewed and he isnt a dick. We have a very high ratio of moany fux compared wi other teams. Also noticed the excuses to not go rate is very high. If you don't care anymore just say. Bit risky I suppose, but it's very unlikely we'll be in contention for promotion or demotion anyway, and Russell has picked up a fair amount of experience now at Trinidad and Tobago, in Portugal and with Caley Thistle.
