Ross.
Sleazy c**t, but possibly not a rapist. Was it not the police who brought charges against him rather than the girl making a complaint? If he is now found innocent, they have a lot of explaining to do.

MarkoRaj
Maybe the crown office will throw the case out? I can't see them being arsed with the bother of a new trial, knowing that it has already been appealed.
MONKMAN
The girl never once accused either of rape, she claims to have no memory of being at the hotel. Ched and Clayton McDonald were taken in for questioning, gave almost identical statements and were both subsequently charged with rape. The jury decided that the woman was able to consent with McDonald but not Evans.

The police, under general instructions from the feminist-infiltrated Crown Prosecution Service to ramp up rape prosecutions regardless of the quality of evidence, went ahead with the rape charge. You are definitely at it now. That's one of the most absurd statements I've seen on P&B, and I've read Dryhorce posts.

Dindeleux
Basically, this whole debate could have been avoided had he just been made to serve the whole sentence he was fucking given. Alternatively he could've just not raped the victim, that also would've avoided the debate.
Dindeleux
Whole trial was a farce. Girl claims she was too drunk to give consent to Evans yet recalls consenting to the first guy? Madness I disagree.

Alternatively, he never did rape the 'victim' and she's a lying, sponging wee whore who openly boasted of buying motor vehicles once she gets her pay out. Edited : to add '' around the word victim. ayrmad
A multi-million pound payout awaits if he's cleared. Were the SNP not introducing some change that made it easier to convict men accused of rape?
Mr Bairn
Alternatively he could've just not raped the victim, that also would've avoided the debate. There's no "victim" and he didn't rape anyone. Even the woman herself didn't cry rape.

Were the SNP not introducing some change that made it easier to convict men accused of rape? Probably, current 'progressive' politics in the west loves a bit of due process curtailing and male-demonisation when it comes to accusations of sexual assault and domestic violence against women. #believe
