Imagine how poignant it would be if the Blades and Owls temporarily stopped beating the piss out of each other for two minutes' silence during the game and stared respectfully at a poppy instead. Better yet, they could abandon the whole season and turn up every other Saturday to stare at a poppy for 90 minutes.
