Still Game & Best Bits

The one with Pete the jakeys son, when they're all talking about the mum. "aye and she used to roar like a bear when she came"
Sorry to be all Buzz Killington but that was a conversation between Tam and some random in the library when he was plucking up the courage to propose.

He complemented how she was a nice quiet woman and then came out with that belter [emoji38]

That same actor was in the doctor waiting room this series blethering pish to Winston before he went in to be told his other leg was to come off.

Quite liked the ending. Even Methadone Mick's bit was well done, i.e. he was only in it for 5 seconds, he didn't speak and it was kinda logical he'd end up in a library.

Though they missed a trick with Stevie not having a mid-life crisis and becoming a woman.

They knew Isa but Navid was new to Craigland and couldn't even speak English at that point (prompting Winston, I think, to get Navid to call Tam a bawbag).
There are a few inconsistencies about Navid and when he arrived. Tam's baby is a clear sign that they don't give a f**k about continuity. Similarly, the fact that Victor's son disappears off the face of the planet.

Can't believe that Hogmanay one was 2006!

Just finished watching the last series, I will admit the series was not vintage, but still better than everything else coming out of the BBC comedy unit, I found the ending very moving, and a fitting end

I was there this afternoon as well. I thought it was brilliant, really funny. I’m glad I saw it.

Yep, I'm just in the door from seeing it.

Wrapped up the ending of the TV show well.

Jimmy Saville bit had me in stitches.

Did well with audience participation too. A few lines that they obviously really enjoyed.

Won't say too much else, as don't want to spoil it for others.

One side note, they are going to make a fucking mint from all those shows.
