RandomGuy.
Aberdeens flight apparently leaves at 12, fwiw, and with the McKenna situation theres bound to be reporters keeping an eye out to see if hes on it. If May isnt there then surely means its today

DukDukGoose
If Main isn't fit then there's a decent chance May will travel.

You pay his wages to play football, not sit on the bench. Dragging him halfway across Europe with zero intention of letting him do his job would be incredibly pointless.

Kyle
This ramshackle of a summer shows no signs of getting any better.

Only if he was travelling and McInnes had no intention of naming him as a sub. Besides which, it is a lovely country and maybe Stevie hasn't previously visited it

If Anderson was to get injured prior to the game we'd have no other striker option for cover with Wilson now playing out wide. Bear in mind we let him miss one trip before to get a move sorted. It's not our fault you couldn't come to terms. Is it?
Reignman
To be fair to Aberdeen I would expect Saints to do exactly the same. Although McInnes maybe doesnt plan to use him it would be pretty foolish not to have him available in the event of injuries etc.

Kyle
So it is now looking like we'll be going into the game against Livingston - the only one out of the first seven against a side who weren't top 6 last season - with Callum Hendry and David McMillan as our only recognised strikers. A pretty galling position to find yourself praying that Kane makes it! Blaming Aberdeen is a bit misguided. They have an important game and they can't just keep letting May miss these matches in the vein hope that we actually get our arses in gear and get a deal over the line. We've had since the end of last season to get a striker sorted and we're still scrambling around 3 days before our first home league game of the season trying to get one over the line. That's completely on the club, not on the patience and goodwill of an opponent.

RandomGuy.
What an absolute fucking farce. Exactly 7 days since he was "all but signed", and we've still not signed him. It's now 7 months since we reportedly knew Watt was leaving, and we've not signed a single striker. Our two options are Callum Hendry, who's flopped in the Cup against lower league sides, and McMillan, who couldn't score against Blairgowrie.
tree house tam
Let's be honest, there would have been as much chance of Stevie May scoring against Livi as Callum Hendry, they've probably got the same record for the last 3 years even with Callum only starting half a dozen times. I hope Stevie comes on and scores the winner for Aberdeen tbh.
