I don't like jackets, socks or shoes. Or pajama bottoms.

Has to either be extremely wet or cold before I put a jacket on.

Socks and shoes are obviously necessary. Slippers are an abomination.

Stunned to discover you don't like wearing clothes.

There's a wee shithole near Falkirk called Whitecross where women head to the shop in the mornings wearing jackets, shoes and pyjamas.

I thought that had died out, used to see same in Asda Linwood.

I agree with you here but if you've got calfs like @101 then shorts all year it is

Can confirm shorts are on.

I actually have a linen suit that fits everywhere other than my calfs 😅

@19QOS19 do you wear jorts when you're dressing up nice?

I'll jump in.  I'm in the Philippines and could wear shorts all year around no problem but I actually like to stick on a pair of jeans and a smart t-shirt/shirt on a Sunday when we go shopping.  Definitely also when we go to a special event like wedding/funeral etc although many locals wear shorts then as well. For me, it's nice to dress up a little now and again.

Get a pair of jorts then, problem solved.

What's uncomfortable? Having fabric on your calves?

You live in a climate where adults wearing shorts all year is counterintuitive and contrary.

We never did get to the bottom of your trauma over shorts and 'naked' legs.

I own 2 pairs of jeans. I wear them either at the fitba (because I sit, so I'm not moving about) or if I go somewhere nice.

I don't own jorts, no.
