In many knowledge economy roles (or indeed all really) your work is theoretically never done, if you are efficient and can do your assigned tasks quickly that's kudos to you. If you need to be available for a certain time period mobile should suffice. Moving to a performance spec level of work not a conformance of you must work X hours. Good laugh seeing someone pretend to be woke and mess it up tho, getting strong Alan Hansen vibes - you can't say coloured anymore.
