Is the vaccine manufacturing happening as a 24/7 operation? If not, why not? It absolutely should be 24/7 IMO. (And it might be, I just don’t know). Testing and being vaccinated should also 100% be a 24/7 operation too. I’d gladly go for a 4:30am vaccination appointment if that was the slot I was given. I very much doubt the pharmaceutical plants trundle along at 5 days per week 9-5. Big issue is AZ, Pfizer and the likes produce thousands of vital medicines at plants worldwide, that has to continue in conjunction with Covid vaccine. The lines its running on will be producing as much as is physically possible I'm sure.As has been stated on here a few times the UKG announced early December that we were set to receive 10m doses from Pfizer by 31 January.
