Saw something a while ago that it's popular with Londoners, but it's the commuting Home Counties wankers who get their knickers in a twist over it. Even before it started pissing off the racists, it seems to have triggered the selective libertarians who can't be told what to do because you're not their real dad, and the folk who don't believe in "climate change" or "air pollution" if it affects the way they live their lives in even the most minor of ways.
