Why would an ICBM need to be moved? I mean there is a pretty big giveaway in the name...

Anyway, the footage apparently is from 2018 and has been recirculated as Twitter is prone to doing.

If he has now actually threatened Sweden and Finland, it has all ramped up several gears.
The key player in all this is probably still China though. If they could be persuaded to distance themselves from Putin and fall in line with sanctions, it would make a significant difference, as moving forward a lot of Russian trade will be designed to be done with China, with them losing out on European markets. Of course the size of China's military is somewhat important as well.
We need to reach a situation where it is essentially Russia/Belarus v Everyone Else. Time for America to scrabble around and see what serious diplomatic offers they can make to the Chinese.
There's little to no chance that China will side with the West. Think the best that can be hoped for is that they remain relatively neutral in there stance which they appear to have been up to now.

You cannot trust any of these videos right now.

Everyone seems to be putting up utter shite in the hope of manipulating opinion.

You can trust that one, it's been recorded from multiple angles.

Being reported China have told Russia to negotiate a truce, and "recognise Ukraines sovereignty", likely they're telling Russia to accept just taking the regions they want and leave the Kiev/the rest to remain as Ukraine?

Feels a positive step if its true.

I wouldn't take anything from it given the rest of the comments he made.

The CCP must be having a wee smirk to themselves about all this. Taiwan shiteing it a bit at the moment too, surely.

Aye it sounds like they're desperate to stay "neutral" as much as they can, which can only be good surely.

Probably more bother than its worth for them to get involved in Europe just now. Just sit back, watch the carnage, then side with who comes out the other side the strongest.

Its a bit surreal that Ukraine is under attack, the country is potentially on the verge of ceasing to exist, yet theres still someone whos logging into Twitter to tweet from the official account.

Honestly not convinced the pressing of a nuclear button wouldn't be livestreamed or something,
